[Saba Sports News] According to the latest updates from English media sources, former Manchester United CEO Richard Arnold has joined renowned British motorcycle manufacturer Norton as a senior manager of commercial operations. A die-hard motorcycle fan, Arnold boasts an extensive collection of vintage cars and enjoys a reputation in the industry for his passion and knowledge. Believing that he can contribute significantly to Norton’s leadership, particularly in the realm of business operations, Arnold is eager to take on this new challenge. Arnold has been associated with Manchester United since 2007, initially serving as commercial director. In 2013, he was elevated to the position of operations director, overseeing the club’s commercial development matters until his departure in November 2023. As Manchester United’s CEO, Arnold was instrumental in managing and growing the club’s sponsorship, retail, merchandising, apparel, product licensing, and digital media businesses. He also chaired the Fans Forum, promoting fan-focused initiatives through dialogue with supporter groups.
