Valandas’ attitude left the player’s camp feeling betrayed and disrespected. The tense relationship has had a negative impact on future transfer negotiations. Previously, Gyokeres said he wanted to prove himself on the Champions League stage, and he performed well in that competition this season. Therefore, he is eager to join Arsenal.
