Sports News] According to reports from British media, Erling Haaland, the star
player of Manchester City, has submitted an application to trademark the
initials of his name. Haaland, whose full name is Erling Braut Haaland, aims to
register a trademark for “EBH.” This trademark could potentially be
used for personalized pajamas, ensuring that only Haaland himself can feature
the logo on clothing items. Additionally, Haaland intends to utilize the brand
for various products such as personalized soaps, deodorants, perfumes, computer
games, cell phones, smartwatches, jewelry, umbrellas, drink bottles,
sunglasses, yoga balls, and sweatpants. In June of the previous year, Haaland
attempted to register his name as a trademark in Norway but faced rejection.
The trademark had already been registered by a 29-year-old man from Oslo, who
coincidentally shared the same name, Erling Haaland. However, Haaland was
granted permission to register his own name along with his signature and the
“lotus” celebration style. It is evident that Haaland possesses
notable business acumen.
