[Saba Sports News] Recently, seven-time F1 world champion and Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton provided an update on his dog Roscoe’s condition on his social media. In April, Roscoe was diagnosed with pneumonia and had been receiving medication. However, Hamilton shared worrying news, revealing that Roscoe has suffered a second bout of pneumonia. Hamilton stated that during an emergency procedure by veterinarians, Roscoe’s heart stopped momentarily. Hamilton posted on X: “Roscoe is fighting for his life and is having a hard time breathing, which is heartbreaking. He was taken to the hospital and sedated for examination, but during this process, his heart stopped. They managed to get his heart restarted, and now he is in a coma.” Hamilton added, “We don’t know if he will wake up. We will try to wake him tomorrow. I’ve been by his side and want to thank you all for the prayers and support.” Due to this situation, Hamilton also missed this week’s Ferrari-Pirelli tire test at the Mugello Circuit in Italy.
