[Saba Sports News] Recently, Ryan Gravenberch inaugurated the second Johan Cruyff Stadium in Liverpool. This is the second Cruyff stadium named after him, and he also unveiled one in his hometown of Amsterdam last year. Herraffenbeck said: “This is a special event held at a special foundation, in a special place close to a special club. I believe it’s important for all children to have access to sports. Sports have always played an important role in my life. For that reason, I think every child should have the opportunity to participate, regardless of whether they have special needs or where they come from. I am proud to contribute to this through the Cruyff Foundation.” The stadium first opened as the Johan Cruyff Anfield in 2016, located less than a mile from Liverpool’s home ground, making it the third Johan Cruyff Stadium in the UK. Now, after comprehensive renovations, it is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, modern fences, and new goalposts, continuing to provide a safe and inspiring space for local children to play, grow, and dream.
