[Saba Sports] Recent reports from foreign media suggest that Red Bull management is questioning the performance of Toro Rosso driver Daniel Ricciardo since his comeback. His performance has not lived up to expectations and he has even been outperformed by young driver Liam Lawson. As a result, management issued an ultimatum stating that if he fails to secure an official driver’s seat in 2025, he can leave Red Bull as a free agent. Ricciardo seems to have accepted this fate and stated in an interview during the Canadian Grand Prix, “As far as my prospects are concerned, I don’t believe it’s over. Although the current situation is frustrating, I will continue to work hard until the end.” Australian driver Ricciardo was once regarded as one of the most talented drivers in the paddock and a strong candidate for future world championships. However, his performance has not significantly improved since returning to Red Bull. It is possible that he may be let go by Toro Rosso next season and leave F1.
