[Saba Sports News] In recent F1 Grand Prix races, defending champion Max Verstappen has failed to win as expected, and there has been an increase in negative comments about him. Some media outlets have accused him of staying up until 3 am or being overweight by one kilogram, which allegedly affected his performance in the actual race. In response, Verstappen refuted these claims in an interview, stating that playing games until 3 am is nothing new to him, as simulator gaming is a significant part of his life. For example, in this year’s Imola Grand Prix, he won two races, one in F1 and one in e-sports. In fact, he has been doing this since 2015. Verstappen believes that having won three F1 world championships, he knows what he can and cannot do. Some fans agree, stating that the opinions from the outside are subjective, and only the driver knows their own condition and how to find a balance in races, games, and life.2
