[Saba Sports News] At 39, LeBron James is focused on healing his body during the long offseason. On Instagram, he shared a glimpse of his recovery process, showing his knees and ankles heavily wrapped.
“I don’t play about my recovery process,” James wrote.
In the video, LeBron’s routine becomes clear. Alongside his wrapped joints, a large water jug suggests he stays well-hydrated. He compares treating his body to maintaining a first car: “Treat your body like you treat/ed the first car you got,” he noted.
LeBron wore Nike and Hyperice collaboration sneakers, which use “contrast therapy” to massage feet and ankles with alternating hot and cold settings. “Just got back home from training and slipped into these babies right away,” he added.
LeBron’s early summer training reflects his dedication and commitment to his craft. He invests millions in his body care, ensuring he remains fresh on the court. As a 4x NBA champion and longevity expert, LeBron’s meticulous care is crucial to his sustained excellence.
In the 2023-24 season, his 21st in the NBA, LeBron averaged 25.7 points, 8.3 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per game on 54% shooting. Though there were retirement whispers, LeBron is expected to play at least two more years.
Regardless of the timeline, he shows no signs of slowing down, already working to stay in top condition for the next season.
