[Saba Sports News] The Korean Badminton Association announced the roster for the Korean team ahead of the All England Championships, revealing that badminton legend Lee Yong Dae has joined the coaching staff. Notably, this marks Lee’s second return to the Korean coaching team. Lee gained fame at a young age, becoming the youngest member of the Korean national team at just 15 years old. He achieved notable success in multiple events, including winning the mixed doubles championship at the Asian Badminton Championships, the mixed doubles gold medal at the Beijing Olympics, and the men’s doubles bronze at the London Olympics, along with the All England Championships title. I believe that Lee Yong Dae’s prominence and influence in the badminton world cannot be overlooked. His return and coaching role will inject new energy and motivation into the Korean badminton team. With his professional skills and leadership abilities, he is capable of overcoming challenges and bringing new glory to the team.
