[Saba Sports News] This season, Liverpool has performed exceptionally well in the Champions League, currently boasting a record of six wins. These six victories have earned Liverpool €12.6 million in Champions League bonuses, bringing their total bonuses to over €30 million. Under the new system, the bonuses for each team in European competitions have significantly increased. The 36 teams advancing to the new Champions League will first receive a fixed income of €18.62 million, in addition to win bonuses of €2.1 million per match and €700,000 for draws. Each team will also receive corresponding bonuses based on their final rankings, ranging from €275,000 for 36th place to €10 million for the champion. Furthermore, UEFA will grant an additional €2 million to the teams ranked 1 to 8 in the first stage that advance to the round of 16, while those ranked 9 to 16 will receive €1 million. Advancing to the round of 16 will yield €11 million, while reaching the quarter-finals earns €12.5 million, the semi-finals €15 million, and each team that makes it to the Champions League final will receive €18.5 million, with the champion earning an additional €6.5 million.
