[Saba Sports News] A few days ago, Liverpool released images of the permanent memorial built in honour of Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva, who tragically passed away last July. Titled Forever No.20, the artwork pays tribute to their lives and brotherly bond, as well as the love and respect from their family, teammates and supporters around the world. At the centre stands a flowing heart-shaped sculpture, inspired by Diogo Jota’s iconic goal celebration. Viewed from different angles, it also reveals the numbers 20 and 30 — the respective shirt numbers worn by the two brothers. The monument will also feature lyrics from Jota’s famous chant, which is deeply beloved by Liverpool fans and still sung by supporters in the 20th minute of every match to this day. The club will announce further updates on the official unveiling date, and has confirmed the memorial will be installed on 97 Avenue.
