[Saba Sports News] According to recent reports from English media, Manchester United has expressed dissatisfaction regarding the ticket allocation for the FA Cup match against Arsenal this weekend, receiving fewer than 9,000 tickets. United filed a complaint because, according to FA Cup rules, they are entitled to 9,000 tickets. Safety concerns are believed to be the reason for the reduced allocation, as these seats are located in the upper tier of Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, which has a capacity of 60,000. Regardless, United will seek to receive their share of the revenue from ticket sales, just like the seats that have already been sold. The proceeds from the FA Cup ticket sales are split between the two teams. The media also reported that if United’s final request is ignored, leading to empty seats during the match, they expect Arsenal to bear the loss. However, whether legal action will be taken depends on United’s further decisions. The FA has considered United’s complaints and suggestions but ultimately rejected their requests.
