[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Manchester United has once again been selected as one of Adidas’ “elite teams” for the upcoming 2025/26 season. This means that the Red Devils are one of the few clubs receiving the highest level of attention from Adidas during the jersey development process. Like this season, Manchester United will receive “authentic jerseys” using Heat Dry technology, as well as the right to use the classic Adidas trefoil logo on their third kit. This season, Manchester United’s third kit has been warmly welcomed by fans, with its unique design winning the affection of the fan base. Reports indicate that Manchester United will join Arsenal, Liverpool, and Newcastle United as Adidas’ “elite teams,” with Newcastle being selected for the first time. Celtic from the Scottish Premiership and Italian giants Roma are also expected to be promoted to “elite team” status next season. Aston Villa has just switched to Adidas this season, so they do not have a spot. Other “elite team” clubs under Adidas include Juventus, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid. Manchester United has been collaborating with Adidas since the 2015/16 season, signing a massive ten-year deal worth £841.7 million.
