This is because immediately after their final league game against Aston Villa on Sunday, the team will depart for Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong for post-season tours. Instead, a gathering will be arranged for players, staff, and their families at Carrington Training Ground. When they lost 0-1 to Tottenham Hotspur in the final, many believed the higher-ups would cancel the event. However, the club decided to continue hosting it, even though the entire team was enveloped in a low mood. It should be noted that Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim expressed that the team emotionally collapsed after the final loss: “Obviously, we are heartbroken by this defeat.
