[Saba Sports News] This weekend’s Dutch Grand Prix is the 15th round of the season and the first part of a back-to-back doubleheader with next week’s Monza race. Before the summer break, the Mercedes team achieved 7 podiums in 14 races, including George Russell’s victory in Canada. Currently, Mercedes entered the second half of the season in third place in the constructors’ championship. In the Dutch GP preview, Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff discussed the team’s focus for the second half of the season. Wolff stated: “We are ready to get back on track at Zandvoort. The final sprint of the season and the conclusion of the current regulatory era are about to begin, and we are determined to finish both strongly.” Although new regulations arrive in F1 next year, the remaining 10 races this season still hold much interest. Furthermore, Wolff added: “We will give our all to fight for P2 in the constructors’ championship, while also focusing on the 2026 project. Although no major upgrades will be introduced for this year’s car, the progress made in Hungary provides us with a good foundation.”
