[Saba Sports News] According to Italian media, AC Milan CEO Giorgio Fulani and Massimiliano Allegri have had a conversation, with Allegri expressing his willingness to return to AC Milan under the right conditions. A few days ago, Fulani got in touch with Allegri through a mutual friend, and they spoke on the phone. Previously, Fulani and Allegri were not familiar with each other, but the current situation of AC Milan has gradually brought them closer together. Fulani is currently looking for a new director for AC Milan, and afterward, he will select a new head coach alongside the new director. Allegri is currently at home, hoping to receive a suitable coaching offer for the new season. Reports indicate that the two did not discuss new plans for AC Milan during this call, but they have established a communication bridge for future discussions. Allegri believes he is now ready to coach again and would be willing to return to AC Milan if a suitable proposal arises. Similar to when Allegri returned to Juventus in July 2021, he simply called Juventus President Andrea Agnelli and said, “See you tonight,” before resuming his role as Juventus head coach.
