[Saba Sports News] Neymar, the Brazilian football
star, has been a source of concern for his fans since suffering a serious
injury last year. However, in a recent update on his social media platforms,
Neymar shared a video that brought good news to his supporters. The video
showcases Neymar engaging in rehabilitation exercises, specifically cycling,
accompanied by the caption, “I worked hard again today.” Neymar’s
happy expression in the video suggests that his current mindset is positive.
Following a torn anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus injury in his left
knee in October of the previous year, Neymar underwent surgery. The recovery
process for such injuries is extensive, often requiring up to nine months of
rehabilitation. As a result, Neymar will miss the Copa America tournament
scheduled for July of this year. Throughout his recovery, Neymar will receive
professional treatment and undergo various rehabilitation exercises, including
physical therapy, strength training, and specific rehabilitation training. His
medical team will closely monitor his progress and make necessary adjustments
along the way.
