[Saba Sports News] According to the latest reports from Spanish media, Barcelona star Pedri has purchased several properties in his hometown of Tenerife, with the aim of building a rural hotel. The real estate acquired by Pedri is not an ordinary residence, but a religious complex covering approximately 9,500 square meters, with a total transaction value of 2.5 million euros. This old building has a profound historical background and served as the residence of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Assumption for more than 70 years, consisting of two main structures.
Pedri’s investment is primarily aimed at diversifying his income sources, planning ahead for his life after retirement and reducing reliance on football earnings alone. Meanwhile, as a native of Tejeda, he chose to invest in real estate in his hometown out of a desire to give back to the local community, boost rural tourism and revitalize its cultural heritage.
In our view, this cross-border real estate investment demonstrates his long-term vision and business acumen beyond the football pitch. From establishing his own investment company to carefully selecting promising properties in his hometown, it is clear that the Barcelona star is gradually building his own business portfolio, laying a solid foundation for his future financial stability and personal development.
