[Saba Sports News] According to the latest reports from German media, Corinna Schumacher, wife of German F1 legend Michael Schumacher, has further restricted the number of people permitted to visit him. This measure stems from a previous blackmail incident targeting Schumacher’s health information, aiming to maximize the protection of his privacy. Currently, Schumacher’s core visitation circle includes only 9 people. The trigger for this was an extortion case in early 2025. Three men attempted to extort 15 million euros from the Schumacher family, threatening to publicly release 900 private photos of Schumacher, nearly 600 related videos, and his medical records. Although the three suspects were later convicted, Corinna believed the court’s sentence was too lenient. This incident caused a significant crisis of trust within the Schumacher family towards those around them, becoming a key reason for Corinna’s further tightening of control over the inner circle. In our opinion, recovery from severe brain injury requires an absolutely quiet and regular environment. Excessive visits can disrupt the treatment rhythm and potentially stimulate the patient. The enclosed rehabilitation space created by Corinna, coupled with the inner circle consisting of people familiar and trusted by Schumacher, allows him to receive treatment in a familiar atmosphere, all aimed at creating the most favorable conditions for his recovery.
