[Saba Sports News] Italian media sources indicate that
the average cost of Serie A season tickets has experienced a 25% increase this
season compared to the previous one. Notably, among the Serie A giants, only
Juventus have opted to reduce ticket prices for this season. This decision
comes as Juventus faced various challenges in the previous season and did not
qualify for European competitions in the current season. However, even with the
reduction, Juventus still have the highest-priced season tickets among Serie A
teams. Other teams such as Roma, Torino, Verona, Lecce, and Monza have
maintained their ticket prices at the same level as last season. On the other
hand, teams including AC Milan, Inter, Lazio, Napoli, Atalanta, and Fiorentina
have all raised their ticket prices. For instance, Napoli, the reigning Serie A
champions, saw a 43% increase in spending for new season ticket subscribers
compared to the previous season, while existing season ticket holders faced a
23% increase in renewal fees.
