[Saba Sports News] Shida Chiharu, the 28-year-old Japanese badminton star and bronze medalist in women’s doubles at the 2024 Paris Olympics, recently updated her Instagram, sharing a group photo with two other players also affiliated with Saishunkan Pharmaceutical. Shida captioned the post, “Had delicious food, such a happy day ~ A long-awaited outing for the three of us,” uploading two smiling photos with Matsuyama Nami and Yamaguchi Akane. She chose AKB48’s song “Maybe” as the background music and wrote in her story, “It’s really been a long time~ Specially picked my favorite AKB song~.” Fans quickly commented: “Amazing photo,” “Such a treat to see a picture of the three of you,” “As expected, the best trio photo,” “Three beautiful faces, so cute~,” etc. It is worth mentioning that Shida Chiharu has been frequently updating her Instagram lately. She previously shared a mirror selfie where she seemed to be trying on new training shoes. While posting the mirror selfie highlighting the yellow-soled sneakers, she wrote, “I was surprised by the instant novelty and fun wearing experience!”
