[Saba Sports News]According to British media reports, staff thoroughly cleaned before Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s visit to the club on Monday. It is reported that Manchester United staff took this action to avoid Ratcliffe and other shareholders expressing their anger again in emails. When Ratcliffe and Dave Brailsford visited the club’s training ground and stadium in May, they left with a poor impression of cleanliness. Subsequently, Ratcliffe wrote in an email: “The high level of untidiness in many areas shocked me. Especially in the IT department; frankly, it’s a disgrace. Additionally, the changing rooms for U18 and U21 are not much better. Such standards do not meet our expectations; an organization that wants to succeed must have corresponding standards and discipline.” Manchester United staff learned about Ratcliffe’s visit time through a newsletter and considered it an indirect reminder to address cleanliness issues.
