[Saba Sports News] Recently, Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll had a fluctuating performance at the F1 Dutch Grand Prix. He achieved the third-fastest time in the first practice session but suffered a severe crash in the second practice session at the banked Turn 3. Although Stroll reported over the radio that he was unharmed, the right side of his AMR25 car was heavily damaged. Slow-motion replays showed that as he entered Turn 3, there were two slower cars ahead. Stroll’s car experienced understeer and locked tires, ultimately crashing into the wall and sustaining serious damage. The session was subsequently red-flagged, and Max Verstappen, who witnessed the incident, radioed to check if Stroll had injured his hands. After the session, Stroll commented on the crash: “I just locked up the tires slightly, and then I became a passenger. These things happen. Of course, we were competitive all day, and Fernando Alonso was also strong in the second practice. I think we’re in good shape; let’s see what we can do later.”
