[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Raheem Sterling’s home in London was robbed during the 2022 World Cup. It is said that this serial thief has been sentenced to 12 years and 10 months in prison for carrying out 33 robberies over nearly two years. Reports indicate that the thief, named Crosey, is only 24 years old. He was accused of committing these robberies starting from December 3, 2022, including the burglary of Sterling’s home. At that time, the England star had to leave Qatar and return to the UK to deal with the related matters. It is estimated that Crosey stole luxury goods worth about £300,000, including 10 Rolex watches from Sterling. After being charged, Crosey only admitted to 15 of the thefts, while the judge ruled that he was responsible for all 33 robberies. Crosey has now received his deserved punishment, being sentenced to 12 years and 10 months in prison. In addition to the theft charges, Crosey was also found carrying drugs while on a train and was subsequently sentenced to 19 months in prison for drug possession with intent to supply. His two sentences will run consecutively.
