[Saba Sports News] In the 22nd round of the Premier League, Leicester City lost 0-2 at home to Fulham, marking their seventh consecutive defeat in the league, which has plunged them deep into the relegation zone. According to British media reports, after the match, Leicester City’s head coach Ruud van Nistelrooy had a heated argument with the players, particularly criticizing Facundo Buonanotte. Leicester is set to face Tottenham Hotspur this weekend, and the players are worried they might face relegation from the Premier League for a second time in three seasons. Consequently, the atmosphere in the Leicester City dressing room has become tense. It is reported that van Nistelrooy is particularly dissatisfied with Buonanotte, and some players were surprised to see the Brighton loanee singled out for criticism. This is said to be the second instance of a shift in the dressing room atmosphere. Previously, after Leicester lost 0-2 to Crystal Palace, some veteran players spoke to others in hopes of fostering unity to escape relegation. However, the situation did not improve in the subsequent match against Fulham, and fans are now directing their anger at the club’s management and van Nistelrooy. As of now, Leicester City has made no official comment.
