[Saba Sports News] With some time remaining before the F1 season kicks off and while the drivers are still on holiday, media has recently reported that Red Bull’s star driver Max Verstappen has acquired a luxury yacht. Journalists spotted the four-time world champion and his partner at the Overmarine shipyard in Italy, where they purchased a 33-meter long Mangusta luxury yacht. Reports indicate that this super yacht was put on the market two years ago, featuring five elegantly designed cabins that can accommodate up to 12 guests, as well as three crew cabins. Additionally, it boasts a spacious sunbathing area and multiple relaxation zones, with an estimated cost exceeding $15 million. Media speculates that Verstappen’s purchase may signal his consideration of an early retirement, as he has repeatedly stated that he may not fulfill his contract until 2028. However, it should be noted that despite the purchase of the luxury yacht, Verstappen has not explicitly indicated that this means he will retire early. His stance remains open and flexible, planning his future career based on his feelings and decisions.
