Sports News] According to recent reports from British media, Liverpool Football
Club is set to collaborate with neuroscientists in order to enhance player
training. The partnership involves Liverpool working alongside the German
company Neuro11. During training sessions, players will wear a special device
on their heads that measures brain activity in real time. This data will
provide valuable insights into achieving optimal mental states, enabling players
to better handle pressure and overcome challenges associated with it. The
collected information can also be utilized to tailor training programs
specifically for Liverpool players, including scenarios such as penalty kicks
in front of large crowds at venues like Wembley Stadium. Neuro11 has previously
collaborated with Liverpool before the EFL Cup semi-finals, and they are
scheduled to work together again ahead of Liverpool’s match against Chelsea on
February 25. It is reported that this collaboration is an initiative driven by
Liverpool’s coach, Jurgen Klopp.
