The ICC awarded team-wise prize money for the tournament as follows:

9. Sri Lanka: Winning two matches, Sri Lanka’s total prize money was $180,000, including group stage earnings and win bonuses.

7. England: The defending champions, England, won $220,000 – $120,000 for three league wins plus group stage money.
6. Afghanistan: With four wins, Afghanistan earned $260,000, including their group stage participation fee.
5. Pakistan: Pakistan’s four victories brought them $260,000 in total prize money.
4. New Zealand: Reaching the semi-finals, New Zealand earned $1 million, including $900,000 for the semi-final spot and $200,000 for five league wins.
3. South Africa: The Proteas won $1.08 million – $280,000 for league wins and $800,000 for reaching the semis.
2. India: As runners-up with nine league wins, India earned a total of $2.36 million.
