[Saba Sports News] Suresh Raina believes India will give their all against Pakistan in their T20 World Cup 2024 group stage clash in New York, confident they won’t lose. India has a dominant T20 WC record over Pakistan, with only one loss in seven matches, which came in the 2021 event where Babar Azam’s team won by 10 wickets.
In the last T20 World Cup, India triumphed in a thrilling match thanks to Virat Kohli’s unbeaten 82 off 53 balls at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
The two rivals will face off on June 9 at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. Raina praised Indian skipper Rohit Sharma for his leadership and the respect he commands in the dressing room.
“Our team looks very good. They are going to play against Pakistan in New York. Rohit has led the team really well. He has been amazing with his planning and is getting a lot of respect from the dressing room. We have a lot of options, including two all-rounders,” Raina said at a jersey launch event for the World Championship of Legends’ team India Champions.
