(sabasports report) The NBA Finals continued, and the Boston Celtics won again, taking game point in the Finals. The Celtics beat the Dallas Mavericks 106-99 in Game 3 to take a 3-0 lead overall. Game 4 will continue in Dallas.

Jayson Tatum was a standout performer for the Celtics, scoring 31 points, six rebounds and five assists. Jaylen Brown also added 30 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. Derrick White added 16 points and five rebounds, Jrue Holiday added nine points, four rebounds and five assists, and Al Horford added eight points and five rebounds.
Kyrie Irving was a standout for the Mavericks, scoring a game-high 35 points. Luka Dončić added 27 points, six rebounds and six assists. PJ Washington had 13 points and eight rebounds, while Derek Lively II added 11 points and 13 rebounds.
The Celtics held off a Lone Ranger rally in the fourth quarter to defend the lead. With Tatum and Brown playing well, the Celtics dominated the finals. The Mavericks will need to do their best in the rest of the game to avoid being swept out.
