(SabaSports) Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry plans to re-sign early, but the timing hasn’t been set yet, according to Celebrity Stein. Curry currently has two options: He can sign a one-year deal worth $62.6 million this offseason or wait until next summer and sign another two-year deal worth about $130 million.

Warriors reporter Slater previously revealed that Curry is still on leave and will not be in contract extension talks with the Warriors in the near future. Curry proved he’s still one of the most trusted players in the crunch with a stellar performance in the semifinals and final of this year’s Olympics, scoring 60 points and hitting 17 3-pointers in the two games.
While Curry is expected to re-sign with the Warriors, a timeline has yet to be finalized. Curry is eligible to opt for an early extension between now and the Oct. 23 regular-season opener.
