[Saba Sports News] Fresh off winning an NBA title and an Olympic gold medal, Derrick White had a less-than-glamorous sports moment over the weekend.
TMZ Sports released video of the Boston Celtics guard involved in an altercation at a Colorado football game. White, an alum of Colorado, was attending the Buffaloes’ road game against Colorado State.
The video shows White confronting a man, who then swung at him, knocking off White’s cap. Bystanders and security quickly intervened while White, though visibly upset, disengaged.
The altercation reportedly began with a verbal spat between White and Colorado State fans. No police report was filed, and White left the scene shortly after.
