[Saba Sports News] In a recent UEFA Nations League match, Germany drew 1-1 against Hungary. Notably, during the match, German head coach Julian Nagelsmann presented a Germany national team jersey, printed with the name of opponent’s assistant coach Attila Szalai, to Hungary’s head coach Marco Rossi. During Hungary’s away game against the Netherlands, assistant coach Szalai suddenly collapsed on the substitutes’ bench, causing a brief interruption in the match, and he was subsequently taken to the hospital, fortunately reporting safe soon after. After Germany’s convincing victory over Bosnia, Nagelsmann promptly extended his well-wishes to Szalai. In this match, Nagelsmann handed the jersey, signed by German national team players, to Rossi. Szalai did not appear at the Puskas Arena, as the Hungarian Football Association made this decision based on the recommendation of the team doctor before the match.
