[Saba Sports News] Despite being away from the F1 championship trophy for four seasons, British driver Lewis Hamilton still leads other drivers in one specialty: his fashion sense. Just last week, Hamilton was awarded the 2024 “Best Dressed Man” title by the American edition of GQ magazine. The GQ Fashion Champion is an annual selection event by GQ magazine aimed at choosing the best-dressed man of the year. This year, with the help of his longtime stylist Eric McNeal, Hamilton frequently donned a series of fashionable suits while traveling the world. From Dior’s Ferrari red fitted tops to Rick Owens’ oversized cement-colored pants, and London designer Jawara Alen’s crop tops, Hamilton showcased creative fashion during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the final race of the F1 season. Initially, he wore a white outfit matching the Mercedes team’s “Silver Arrows.” The next day, he changed into a black outfit, hinting at his impending departure from Mercedes. On race day, he donned a red outfit, symbolizing his upcoming move to Ferrari, which features red as its primary color. Ultimately, in GQ’s selection, Hamilton surpassed Australian actor Jacob Elordi to top the 2024 Best Dressed Man list.
