[Saba Sports News] On January 15, Olympic champion Zheng Siwei officially launched his personal brand, Zswing. On the first day of its release, the brand launched six products, including a sweatshirt, three types of cups, a notebook, and a badge. According to fan statistics, the products sold over 1,800 orders within two hours of launch, generating about 50,000 in sales and attracting 610,000 views. However, many fans began to criticize the products. On one hand, Zheng Siwei mentioned during a live broadcast that his friends thought the sweat shirt priced at 35 was not expensive, leading fans to feel that he wasn’t considering them. On the other hand, fans compared the products to those from table tennis Olympic champion Xu Xin’s personal brand and other top sports brands, feeling that Zswing’s prices were inflated. On the first day of Zheng Siwei’s personal brand launch, a public relations crisis occurred, with some fans skeptical about the long-term development of the Zswing brand. In response, Zheng Siwei stated that not everyone can be a winner in entrepreneurship. He never aimed to be the second Li Ning; he just hopes to do well with his own endeavors.
