[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, as transfer hopes fade, Marcus Rashford is currently undergoing extra training in hopes of returning to the Manchester United lineup. Rashford has not played for Manchester United since December 12 of last year and previously admitted in an interview that he might need to pursue new challenges. However, the winter transfer window is now well underway, and Rashford has yet to reach an agreement with any team. Despite reports linking him to AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, and Barcelona, his high salary remains the biggest obstacle to his departure. Under these circumstances, Rashford may continue to stay with Manchester United after the winter window closes. Considering this, the England forward has also started additional training, hoping to be fully prepared for when Ruben Amorim calls upon him. The Red Devils will face Rangers in the Europa League this week, and Rashford hopes to return to the team. It remains to be seen how Manchester United fans feel about this.
