[Saba Sports News] The Williams F1 team announced that it will hold a filming day at the Bahrain circuit on February 25, 2025. During this event, Alexander Albon and new teammate Carlos Sainz will drive the new car for the first time. According to F1 regulations, teams can have two filming days each year, with a mileage limit of 200 kilometers for each day. Filming days are crucial for teams to test and inspect new cars, ensuring everything operates normally before official testing and allowing timely identification and resolution of potential issues. This is also the main reason why Aston Martin and Mercedes teams will bring their new cars to the Bahrain circuit the day before testing. Meanwhile, Ferrari and AlphaTauri plan to make adjustments on the same filming day. Ferrari’s testing is scheduled for February 19, while AlphaTauri’s testing is set for February 17. Alpine has also announced a filming day before the Bahrain testing, but the specific date and location have not yet been disclosed.
