This announcement has drawn significant attention since it was released. Grant, aged 42, hails from England. After retiring from Manchester United at the end of the 21/22 season, he began his coaching career in the 22/23 season as an assistant coach for Ipswich Town, continuing until the end of this season. He helped Ipswich achieve consecutive promotions from League One to the Premier League, gaining extensive coaching experience. During his 20-year playing career, Grant progressed from local clubs to the Premier League level. At Stoke City, he was a key player. Although his role at Manchester United was often as a substitute, he accumulated valuable top-tier league experience.
