[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Sir Alex Ferguson’s financial situation is fine even after being dropped by INEOS, as he still made a profit of £2.7 million. It was reported that ACF Sports Promotion, a company under Sir Alex Ferguson, performed well financially, maintaining a very healthy financial state. According to the annual accounts of the company as of June 30, 2024, ACF Sports Promotion currently has assets worth £26.9 million, higher than £24.2 million the previous year. The accounts show that out of the £26.9 million in assets, £19.1 million was invested, £2.7 million was kept in the bank, and another £3.1 million was receivables, meaning other companies or individuals owed the company money. Since stepping down as head coach in 2013, Sir Alex Ferguson has continued to serve as the club’s global ambassador, earning £2.1 million annually from Manchester United. After James Ratcliffe, the founder of INEOS, became the club’s shareholder and took control of Manchester United’s operations, he decided to terminate Sir Alex Ferguson’s contract as the global ambassador to further cut operational costs. However, Sir Alex Ferguson’s accounts seem to indicate that his financial condition remains very healthy.
