Stephon Xavier Marbury (born February 20, 1977 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American professional basketball player who plays point guard. He was selected to the NBA All-Star Game in 2001 and 2003. In 2004, he won an Olympic bronze medal for the United States. In 2010, he entered the Chinese League and won the Most Valuable Player of the 2009-10 CBA All-Star Game. On March 30, 2012, Marbury led the Beijing Ducks to a 4-1 win over the Guangdong Bank of Dongguan to win the CBA championship. He was named CBA MVP in 2013. In 2014, he became the CBA All-Star vote king. He led the team to defeat Xinjiang Guanghui 4-2 in the finals and helped the Beijing Ducks win the championship twice in three years. On March 22, 2015, Marbury led the Beijing team to a 4-2 victory over Liaoning, and the Beijing team won the championship for the third time in four years.
