[Saba Sports News] Argentine international Mauro Icardi recently lost a court case against his ex-wife, Wanda Nara, over financial disputes. The local court has now ruled in favor of Wanda. The case primarily involved Icardi’s failure to fulfill his child support obligations. It was decided that Icardi’s shares in the company Asociacion Civil La Isla SA will be seized, valued at 110,000, to be paid to Wanda as child support, along with an additional 3,500 in interest and enforcement fees. From a legal perspective, Icardi lost the case because he failed to fulfill his child support responsibilities and could not provide proof of payment. The judgment by the local civil court is based on clear factual evidence and legal grounds, reflecting the legal protection of children’s rights and the strict requirements for parental responsibility. Regardless of Icardi’s professional status or financial situation, he cannot use that as an excuse to avoid his parental duties; everyone is equal before the law.
