[Saba Sports News] According to GPblog, Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko shared his sharp views on the team orders issued by McLaren during the F1 Italian Grand Prix. At the Italian GP, where Red Bull and Max Verstappen dominated, Lando Norris lost crucial time due to a strategy error and a slow pit stop, and was overtaken by his teammate Oscar Piastri in the final stages of the race. To ensure fairness, McLaren instructed their drivers to swap positions, allowing Norris to reclaim the second place he lost due to the slow stop. In the Monza paddock, GPblog asked Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko for his opinion on McLaren’s team orders. The Austrian smiled and said, “Very fair!” before laughing. Helmut Marko is known for being outspoken and often doesn’t hesitate to provoke rivals with inflammatory remarks. Given his subsequent reaction, it’s doubtful whether Marko genuinely considered McLaren’s decision to be “very fair.”
