[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, 29-year-old former England international Dele Alli has paid off a £6,000 debt to a jeweler. The jeweler, named Adez, is a rapper-turned-jeweler. On Friday morning local time, Adez posted a video on his social media expressing his dissatisfaction. According to later posted and then deleted chat records between him and Alli, the debt was related to a bracelet Alli purchased in London’s Hatton Garden area. In the video, Adez pleaded with his 200,000 followers: “Can someone, please, send Alli a message, tell him to give me my £6,000, please! I just got out of prison four months ago, I need that money. Dele, what are you doing? My £6,000, please!” However, by Friday afternoon, Adez revealed that Alli had paid the amount in full. After sharing his chat history with the 29-year-old player, Adez wrote on social media: “Update: Dele has now paid. Everyone leave him alone, and thank you for making him pay. The power of the internet is undefeated.” Earlier, Alli had his contract terminated by Serie A club Como and is currently a free agent.
