[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, former Liverpool player Adam Lallana is putting his luxurious seafront estate in Poole, Dorset, up for sale for £12 million – nearly double the £6.3 million he paid for it four years ago. The mansion is located at the end of a private lane in the affluent Canford Cliffs area, offering better privacy compared to the more ostentatious “Millionaires’ Row” on the nearby Sandbanks peninsula. Built in 2012, the main house spans 12,410 square feet and boasts five bedrooms, along with a separate gatehouse and pool house. The estate is fully equipped with facilities including a large outdoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and an entertainment room. Its location is also highly attractive, being close to the famous Parkstone Golf Club, whose members include former manager Graeme Souness and Ryan Fraser. The selling agency, Savills, praises it as “one of the UK’s premier coastal estates.”
