[Saba Sports News] According to Italian media reports, Juventus has announced the list of members for its new board of directors, but Giorgio Chiellini is not among them. Juventus held a board meeting last week, where they approved the club’s financial report for the last season and also announced the members of the new board of directors. However, the official approval of this board list will await the Juventus shareholders’ meeting on November 7th this year. Juventus’ major shareholder, Exor Group, proposed a list of nine board members: incumbent board chairman Ferrero, new CEO Damien Comolli, LVMH Italy President Antonio Belloni, Exor Group CFO Guido de Boer, legal advisor from BonelliErede law firm Laura Cappiello, certified public accountant and statutory auditor Fioranna Vittoria Negri, Billie Jean King Cup CEO Kerstin Andrea Lutz, KME Group President Diva Moriani, and Finde Spa CFO Diego Pistone. Former Juventus board CEO Maurizio Scanavino will step down. It is also noteworthy that Giorgio Chiellini did not join the Juventus board; he will focus on representing the club in liaising with domestic and international football institutions.
