According to Italian media reports, Juventus executives have intervened, demanding that Tudor avoid making similar outrageous statements in the future. The report states that while communication was initially considered one of Tudor’s strengths when he first took charge, his recent remarks have caused concern within the club. Specific examples include: he publicly complained about fixture scheduling twice, once after the match against Verona and again before the Real Madrid match, even inappropriately mentioning Cremonese. Furthermore, Tudor commented on Como’s transfer operations, saying “Cesc Fabregas chose his own players,” and also misspoke when discussing a refereeing decision, referring to a non-existent penalty that was supposedly denied. Juventus executives believe the focus of Tudor’s recent comments has shifted from “defending the team” to “primarily defending his own work,” such as his claim that “with a different schedule, we would have been first place 100%.” The club considers this communication strategy to be far removed from the behavior expected when representing the club, i.e., the traditional “Juventus style.”
