[Saba Sports News] According to the latest reports from English media, Manchester City star John Stones has been reported by his neighbors for building a high fence without permission at his Cheshire mansion. He may face a warning from the local planning authority and could be forced to dismantle the fence. The fence is reportedly 8 feet tall, made of folding wire mesh with dark green metal posts, and was initially built to enhance the security perimeter of the property. However, it appears that Stones did not complete the necessary application process for the construction. The mansion was purchased by Stones in 2016 and now features luxurious amenities, including an indoor pool, gym, home theater, and other high-end facilities. Its current estimated value is £4.3 million. Notably, this is not the first time Stones has been involved in such a dispute. Four years ago, he built a stone wall without permission but managed to retain it through retrospective approval. This repeated unauthorized construction suggests a lack of regard for the importance of building planning approvals. Although Stones has now submitted a retrospective application in his wife’s name, this “build first, apply later” approach fundamentally violates planning procedures and reflects a disregard for the rules.
