[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, Chelsea’s on-loan forward David Fofana has been penalized for driving without a license for the second time. This season, Fofana has been loaned to Turkish side Karagümrük, and he is under investigation for two instances of driving without a license. The first incident occurred in February when Fofana was arrested for driving without a license. In an October hearing, he had 8 points deducted from his license and was fined £10,000, along with £130 in legal fees and a £2,000 victim surcharge. At that time, police stated: “I checked the driver’s details and found he was a provisional license holder and had applied for a full license on April 9, 2024. The driver admitted he had been living in the UK for three years, but there was no indication of a provisional license displayed on the vehicle. At that time, the vehicle only had the driver inside, and there was no supervision.”In July of this year, Fofana was again caught driving his Cadillac without a license and was also speeding. In the hearing for the second charge, the magistrate ruled Fofana guilty and deducted 6 points from his license, bringing his total to 14 points. Additionally, he was fined £440 and required to pay £110 in legal fees and £176 in victim surcharge.
