[Saba Sports News] In Round 12 of the Liga MX Clausura, Monterrey lost 2-3 to Guadalajara.According to local media TUDN, 30-year-old French star Anthony Martial was furious after remaining an unused substitute in the match, and has been suspended from training by the club as a result. In the 76th minute, with Monterrey trailing 0-3, the team made two substitutions as Gálvez and Chapa came on, while Martial stayed on the bench. Monterrey then scored two late goals but eventually lost 2-3. Currently, Monterrey sits ninth in the Liga MX standings and is on a three-game losing streak. Notably, the club recently appointed Nicolás Sánchez as their new manager. It is reported that Martial’s anger was sparked by the introduction of younger players ahead of him.
