[Saba Sports News] According to Swedish media reports, Zlatan Ibrahimović and his 55-year-old wife Helena Seger are appealing against a ruling in a rental dispute and plan to take the case to Sweden’s Supreme Court. The couple purchased a property in eastern Stockholm and wanted a tenant, who rented through a letting agency and had no rental protection, to move out. However, the tenant chose to sue the couple. The High Court ruled that the tenant had the same right to use the apartment as a primary contract tenant. It is reported that the tenant was given notice to terminate the lease last year but refused to move out, made unreasonable demands, even refused to communicate on multiple occasions, and insisted on retaining all rights as a primary tenant. Ibrahimović and his wife have now decided to appeal the case to the Supreme Court.
The editor believes that the core issue of this dispute is whether the tenant must move out, or can continue to reside with the original rights even after the lease has been terminated. The tenant’s attitude and behavior have also attracted external attention, including repeated delays in moving out, making unreasonable demands, and refusing reasonable negotiations, all of which have escalated the dispute.
